PGL travel was very good choice regarding quality of accommodation, meals in hotel,transport and rep service. Would have liked designated area to eat lunch in ski resort - and making own packed lunches was a big ask for primary children in a rush in the morning. better to have meal vouchers for mountain restaurant.
Quality of instruction by PGL organised firm was barely adequate; we had issues with instructors losing a child (!) , time keeping and overall instruction capability. PGL supported us in changing the first instructor but the second one wasn't of standard we have previously seen in other resorts, with other ski operators. (April 2018 - Primary School)
We have now established a great rapport with PGL and they are brilliant at adapting to the schools needs. We have had the same rep for the last two years and the hotel in Austria is the best I have ever stayed in. It is designed for school groups. Offering so many other activities. Excellent, am already booking next years trip. I use the flexi ski option which makes it cheaper for the students, but you don't know the resort until the October before departure. (February 2018 - Secondary School)
