Whistlestop Valley is open most weekends, Bank Holidays & daily during most local school holidays. We are closed midweek for school groups and open selected term-time Fridays for our exclusive Young Engineers days! Please check Whistlestop Valley's website for up to date opening times and pricing.

Whistlestop Valley is an all-weather attraction located near Huddersfield, Wakefield and Barnsley. Swing, jump and slide through the day on the outdoor adventure playground, bounce on their undercover jumping pillow, whizz around on the Pedal Cars and play a round of Crazy Golf - all with a Little Adventure ticket.
Or enjoy jam packed fun with a Big Adventure ticket. All the fun of their Little Adventure, but with unlimited train rides to Shelley station, where you will find The Turntable Dessert Parlour, Playground and Face Painting.
On selected term-time Fridays, bring your mini-me along for the Young Engineers days: a scaled-down version of a standard day aimed exclusively at toddlers and preschoolers.
They have so much to get stuck into at Whistlestop Valley including: Footplate Rides, Bespoke Birthday Parties and much more fun for the whole family!
