A very well planned and organised visit. The guides were very knowledgeable which provided students with an excellent insight to the key events of WWI.

The pre-trip service was fantastic, with our representative always available to provide any help and answer questions. Our rep whilst on the trip was good but perhaps could have been a bit more organised with his planning. Overall though, a very good experience with Equity who we'll be definitely using again.

The programme ran smoothly although it was not easy to establish if that was down to equity or the provider. There were issues with the coach journey pick ups and timings which could have been handled better.

The concert venues organised by Equity were in very interesting spaces and mostly well attended. Advertising had clearly been put up in advance and some in the audiences said that they had attended specifically because they had seen them.
We received the final itinerary very late; confirmation of one of the concert venues was also late in arriving. The other individual visits on the trip were wonderful, however, they might have been more logically arranged; as it was, we spent an unnecessary amount of time on the coach, travelling back and forth between different parts of the Netherlands.
Communication with Equity was generally good, and very friendly and accommodating. The concert organiser was very knowledgeable about the area and gave us some good suggestions.

Everything was as we asked. Accommodation was ideal. Food provided for both staff and children was superb. The tour guides were fantastic and the different elements to the trip were just what we needed.
The staff from equity dealt with any questions promptly and when we asked for different amenities or a change in the programme this was greeted positively and sourced for us quickly and efficiently.
