Started off unorganised and the agreed areas and implements weren't in place and limited areas to change children with disabilities.

Despite being at Xscape an hour before our lessons, the students still struggled to get ready in time. This can mostly be attributed to the slow, uninterested staff and undermanned rental area, which was very busy the whole time. Students were still waiting in line for skis after 40+ minutes. Several of our instructors arrived late to the lessons, and the ones that were there on time stood around chatting rather than assisting. Xscape is expensive and poorly organised, however sadly it is the only local place to give our students the experience. (February 2020 - Secondary School)

All students must be checked to ensure they have brought gloves with them before leaving school otherwise they can not take part in the activity - 17 did not do so.
