Fabulous day from start to finish, staff were enthusiastic about the activities whilst being sensitive to the range of needs within our group. We will definitely return (September 2021 - Secondary School)

Very good activities planned with NT team.
Accommodation is adequate but would benefit from blackout blinds in the sky lights in the dorms as if you stay in the summer, sunrise is at approx 4.45am which means the second day begins very early!
Catering could be improved with more choice - all have to choose the same tea time meal option which doesn't cater for individual preferences. This has been highlighted to the staff at Gibside in our evaluation forms. (July 2019 - Primary School)

The outdoor space is beautiful and the children enjoyed exploring. I expected it to be decorated for Christmas as it was a Christmas trail but the decor was minimal and therefore it did not have that magical Winter Wonderland feel. The activity roasting marshmallows over the fire was a memorable experience. (March 2019 - Primary School)
