Chichester Cathedral always provide a friendly and helpful welcome. The only downside of this visit was that the cafe facilities had been closed and were not available due to refurbishment, which meant students had to source snacks from the town centre. Well organised helpful venue. 4 stars because the cafe facilities are now privately owned rather than owned by the cathedral, which restricts the ability of the cathedral to provide tea/coffee/snacks as part of their hospitality to groups. (March 2023 - Secondary School)

Very smooth visit (February 2023 - Primary School)

Great experience at the venue. (March 2022 - Primary School)

A very friendly well organised cathedral for a visiting choir to sing in. The Music Department were highly organised and excellent with their communications prior to the visit. On the visit the vergers and clergy were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary tea and cake served for the choir was much appreciated. (October 2019 - Secondary School)

Very friendly staff. Excellent communications before and after the visit. Excellent hospitality (free tea and cake in the cafe). Highly recommended. (February 2019 - Secondary School)

(December 2018 - Secondary School)

(November 2018 - Secondary School)

My review specifically relates to a project we completed with Luna Russell (Families and Young People’s Officer). Luna worked with us to create some excellent opportunities for our young people, using the Cathedral space to engage their imagination and provide them with a new, safe space to attend. I was impressed by her delivery, and she put the young people at ease with her approachable manner. (August 2018 - Secondary School)

(June 2018 - Primary School)

(June 2018 - Primary School)

(April 2018 - Primary School)

(April 2018 - Primary School)

Volunteers very helpful in all aspects (March 2018 - Primary School)
