Excellent experience for both Students and Staff. A small wait outside of venue for entry however venue staff were both helpful and polite throughout visit. (April 2020 - Secondary School)
The attraction itself is very good. However, as a company they were difficult to communicate with. We had some specific requirements that related to the physical needs of one of our party. To begin with they were not very accommodating and it would have been easier to speak to someone rather than rely on email communication. However, eventually our need were met.
