The staff are very helpful at this venue and supportive of assisting our young people towards greater independence, for example, showing our young men how to use the locker systems so that they can do this unaided in future. Staff are always respectful of our pupils and they feel fully part of the leisure center ethos and community (May 2019 - Secondary School)

They were fairly organised and did a clear assessment for the first lesson. However, they need to be stronger with behaviour management, especially if they do not have a whistle for inside the noisy pool. (January 2018 - Primary School)
