The children were engaged throughout the trip and were able to apply their existing historical knowledge to help them solve the mystery. (December 2021 - Primary School)

The resources and artefacts used in the workshop were of a high quality and included items from the period.
The exhibition was extremely informative.
Questioning could have been used to assess existing knowledge of the children - lots of opportunities for this were missed.
Much of the learning was surface level - could have gone into much more detail to bring it to life. (October 2019 - Primary School)
