The trip was highly successful and ran smoothly throughout the day. The children thoroughly enjoyed the ‘Sound of the Dinosaurs’ workshop, which was engaging, well-paced, and pitched perfectly for their age group. The museum staff were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable, supporting the children’s learning and ensuring the session was interactive and enjoyable. The designated lunch room was clean, secure, and easy to access, which helped the lunchtime routine run efficiently. The guides were exceptionally helpful, providing clear instructions and supporting us with timings, directions, and transitions between areas of the museum. All movement around the site felt safe and well managed. Exhibits were child-friendly, and the museum environment supported positive behaviour and learning. The children represented the school well and were fully engaged throughout the visit. Overall, the trip provided an excellent educational experience, and the venue is highly recommended for future visits.
