Description
The Leeds Discovery Centre is the central storage site for Leeds Museums and Galleries. It is purpose built, and stores over 1 million objects from the Leeds Museums collections which are not on display in the other 8 museums and galleries run by the service. It is a place of wonder and inspiration!
Leeds Discovery Centre runs a school programme for KS2 upwards, offering tours and topic themed workshops which provide children with the opportunity to get hands on with real artefacts as part of their learning.
