Hotels were great and the driver/coach was lovely. However, there seemed to have been some miscommunication in terms of the itinerary supplied to the driver and that supplied to us. I had been told by Hellene there was a booking for the Acropolis Museum but the team on the ground said this had not been confirmed. The driver had details of a different hotel on the first night and I had reservation details for a different restaurant in Delphi. (May 2023 - Secondary School)
Hellene were generally great at adjusting the itinerary to cater to my various requests. Slight problems on arrival were that the itinerary provided to the driver did not match that sent to me for things like departure times and dinner reservation locations. (April 2023 - Secondary School)
