Bushcraft, Forest School (September 2022 - Secondary School)

The boy camp for the second trip was a bit more 'loose'. The trip leader was not as experienced and the staff were also new. As a result, some of the activities were quite unsafe (e.g. when they were using knives) and teachers had to step in quite a bit. (September 2022 - Secondary School)

Fantastic trip leaders on the first camp. Students all got a lot out of it and it was a great way for them to disconnect from social media and their personal lives. (September 2022 - Secondary School)

Outdoor camping activities, making fires, archery, games (July 2022 - Secondary School)

(July 2022 - Secondary School)

The trip is suitable for younger KS3 students - Y8 at a push. It was a good experience for the students - great if they put a lot into it. Concerns about a lack of running water for washing of hands. (June 2022 - Secondary School)

(May 2022 - Primary School)

(February 2022 - Primary School)

A wonderful outdoor residential experience that allowed the children to develop a range of skills. (August 2021 - Primary School)

One of the leaders was excellent and ensured that all children in his group were engaged in activities but other leaders did not always involve all children in their group. Sometimes, the children were not kept active and the breaks between activities were sometimes too long. (June 2021 - Primary School)
