Bushcraft is not a subject specific trip. It's a good opportunity for the boys to get to know each other outside of the school environment/form groups and also provides teambuilding opportunities. Having this close to the start of the Term also helps mark an important stage in the transition process from primary to secondary school. (October 2024 - Secondary School)

Very well organised, great activities, very well trained and experienced, friendly staff - we can't wait to get back next year!
Fantastic for OAA activities, teambuilding, independence and SO much more, this is the best residential I have been on in 15 years. (June 2023 - Primary School)

The staff and facilities were outstanding. We had quite difficult weather and the staff accommodated our needs swiftly. They supported staff and children alike to a very high standard. (June 2019 - Primary School)
Excellent residential trip; activities were perfectly pitched and the facilities were great. Staff were wonderful. (May 2019 - Primary School)
Great experience for children and staff. However, last minute shortages of Bushcraft team impacted on the delivery of activities. (May 2019 - Secondary School)

A very enjoyable experience for our Year 4. However, perfect weather helped. Had the weather been poor, they were not old enough or experienced enough to cope with just having a tent.
There was too much time spent watching and listening to the instructors and far too little time 'doing'. (October 2018)
Excelllent activities and amenities - will be attending again next year. (October 2018 - Primary School)
Well-organised. The children were safe and enjoyed learning survival activities and outdoor activities. (September 2018 - Primary School)
Wonderful facilities, excellent provider, great variety of activities , excellent food and accomodation (August 2018 - Secondary School)
