Tone and manner of some instructors was not suitable for our children. Not clear about procedure for attending - consent forms were not taken with us however we were not told that these were needed. There was no pre-visit check. (July 2021 - Primary School)

(November 2019 - Primary School)

Excellent experience of this provider. During the visit we experienced sustained heavy rain which impacted upon planned activities. It is worth noting that the centre went to significant expense to provide an alternative activity on the second day. These were not adventurous activities (the centre has no access to indoor adventurous activities e.g. indoor climbing wall etc) (June 2019 - Primary School)

fantastic centre, brilliant staff - a wonderful week away (June 2019 - Primary School)
