I was not told there had been a change of trip leader-Matt instead of Christabel and when I called C to let her know we were on our way , she didn't tell me. The team was nice enough -yet the fist activity didn't require to have such grounds in WC-yet bonding was great for the girls and they enjoyed themselves working as a team gir-the quest in the pm was v short and some of us were not briefed at the end by a member of ES so we did not know whether we were going to have another game . Activities were much more relevant. It was clear that they had listened to previous comments given on past trips. Behaviour Management from their team was improved and Health and safety issues were addressed - Boundaries marked clearly.
