Fabulous staff - develop relationships with the children very quickly enabling them to support and encourage the children successfully.
Love the accommodation being in the middle of nowhere and houses only one school.
Activities are adventurous and demanding giving the children a real sense of achievement.
Children have 'jobs' to do and are responsible for making their beds, keeping their kit tidy, bedrooms tidy and centre clean.
The food is great. All home cooked and flexible for dietary needs. (November 2019 - Primary School)
The centre was excellent. The facilities were great and the layout of the building was as expected. The staff were amazing with the children, well organised and supportive in dealing with potential problems as they arose. We had a fantastic time and would definitely return in the future. Another amazing visit to The Oaklands Centre. Staff are truly amazing - second to none! Weather was perfect and location is breathtaking. No other outdoor education provider can offer this experience... after 11 years vising with Year 6 it feels like our second home. (June 2019 - Primary School)
