Staff at the YHA and National Parks were professional and polite to staff and children. They couldn’t do enough to make sure we had a great staff. They encouraged the children and made sure everyone participated and were heard. (September 2021 - Primary School)

Accommodation, food etc. was suitable. A suitable place is available for teaching and suitable and safe areas available for field work within comfortable walking distance. Staff were very helpful. We have booked again for next year. (July 2021 - Secondary School)

Staff at YHA Malham were incredibly helpful throughout the duration of our visit. They were accommodating, organised and catered for the needs of our entire group faultlessly throughout the trip. For example, during a rainy Friday, hostel staff ensured that the lounge area was reserved for our group even though we had by this stage checked out of the hostel. (May 2019 - Primary School)
