This year we experienced a few things that gave us cause for concern - one of the instructors spent a water session not really supervising the children and not noticing one child that fell into the water. Another child was lightly scolded in the shower as the water (which had been cold) suddenly went to very hot. These concerns were raised with the centre at the time, but we feel it is worth flagging in case of future incident. (December 2019 - Primary School)
