Join us at Rye Meads nature reserve and let us provide your pupils with a unique and memorable learning experience.
Led by our professional field teachers, your half- or full-day visit is carefully crafted so that your group can experience first-hand the wonders of the natural world. We are open all year round.
Each programme is linked to curriculum topics, and reflects the different learning styles and ages of the visiting group. Our staff are happy to discuss your requirements beforehand to ensure each visit meets your learning objectives.
Rye Meads nature reserve has specially designed education areas which includes hides, minibeast and pond dipping areas that allow children from age 4 to18 to get close to nature. With two lovely indoor classrooms and one outdoor classroom, toilets and a dedicated picnic area, Rye Meads is a great place for a school trip.
