Would benefit greatly from a guided tour (July 2019 - Primary - Post No: 14143 )

Another awesome venue! The children were excited to see such an exquisite house (May 2019 - Primary - Post No: 12269 )

Outstanding. The Living history workshop was brilliant. Mrs Pilkington scared the children with her ways. She was an outstanding actress who really captured the imagination of the children. They are still talking about it now, after two weeks. They remember every single thing she taught them about children and servants in the Royal household. Very self led, although tour guides are present - many did not engage with the children. Open to members of the public, which means rooms are often overcrowded. (July 2018 - Primary - Post No: 5107 )

Short amount of time in the house as busy period and lots of other visitors. Walked down to the beach - not sandy so rather disappointing. (July 2018 - Primary - Post No: 4997 )
