booking form not clear- they attempted to charge me £6.00 per child for a whole day even though the children were at the farm for approximately 4 hours. Had the children visited with their families the visit would have been free of charge- makes no sense to charge £6 for a group of 2 year old's AND a SELF GUIDED visit at that! Person who made the booking was very rude and unhelpful (May 2019 - Primary School)
